I feel like now’s an appropriate time to start to discuss some of the things I picked up in the Sephora sale two weeks ago. I’ve had a good run with them and have generally had a chance to get my ideas together.

I was looking for a BB cream or a tinted moisturizer that had SPF, didn’t leave me oily and weird, and – perhaps most importantly – didn’t turn ashy on my skin.

Believe it or not, that combination is hard to find. Most tinted moisturizers and BB creams are designed for people much lighter than me. Throw in the requirement that it be matte, and it’s even harder to find. Read more!
